Introduction Main Coordinator: In order to further strengthen the Palestinian liberation struggle
we publish here a statement of the ICOR on the strategy discussion in solidarity with the
Palestinian liberation struggle. This statement is based on the initiative of the International
Coordination Committee (ICC) of the ICOR. We are looking forward to further approvals,
contributions, also critical comments, and especially practical initiatives in the spirit of this
declaration.

ICOR statement:
Support and strengthening democratic and secular movements
in the liberation struggle of the Palestinian people!
Since its founding the ICOR promotes the liberation struggle of the Palestinian people. Since
the brutal war of annihilation of Zionist Israel against the Palestinian masses, mainly in Gaza, it
has been actively participating in the worldwide solidarity movement. The goal the ICOR set
itself is to strengthen the democratic and socialist forces and their cross-border cooperation all
over the world. “No struggle must stand alone” is the central guideline of its proletarian
internationalism. In this spirit the ICOR especially promotes strengthening the revolutionary,
progressive and democratic secular forces and the debate over the societal perspective of the
struggle. ICOR promotes an international strategy discussion about the perspectives of
the Palestinian liberation struggle, also as a broad discussion about socialism as goal to
eliminate the causes of imperialist wars, exploitation and oppression and Zionist racism!
ICOR commits itself to a fundamental support of the Palestinian resistance despite existing
criticism of the political and ideological alternatives of the Islamist forces. We spread slogans
like “Don’t give anticommunism, fascism, racism, anti-Semitism and Zionism a chance!”
Workers of all countries and all oppressed, unite! Workers of all countries and all oppressed,
unite! Let us strengthen ICOR and the United Front.
In this spirit: Joint struggle shoulder to shoulder and steadfast solidarity with all
democratic forces and the working-class movement in the entire region!
Concentration of forces in the struggle against the imperialist-Zionist Israeli state in unity with
consciousness-raising work.
For this purpose ICOR presents the following proposal in agreement and after consultation
with representatives/organizations of the Palestinian resistance or organizations in the region
for discussion and implementation in the international movement:
1. For an immediate stop to Israel’s war in Gaza and urgent comprehensive supply of
the masses with medicine, food, water, fuel etc.!
2. Release of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, exchange of hostages and
prisoners.
3. Internationally coordinated relief efforts to reconstruct the infrastructure – with
dwellings, streets, hospitals, schools, etc. according to the principle that those causing
the destruction pay!
4. Immediate withdrawal of all Israeli troops and secret services from Gaza, and of all
settlers from the West Bank! Complete self-determination of the Palestinian people!
Creation of the prerequisite for a sovereign Palestinian state, including complete control of the
state borders, sovereignty in the handling of resources, access to Arab markets and to the
Israeli economy and job market, Palestinian armed forces for full control over Palestinian
territory.
5. Promotion of the self-organization of the masses in Gaza and the equality of women.
6. Struggle for Israel’s punishment at the International Court of Human Rights.
7. ICOR stands for the unity of word and deed: We commit ourselves to give special
attention to Nakba Day on 15 May, to the International Day of Solidarity with Palestine
on 29 November, etc., as international days of protest and struggle. We pursue the plan
to send international solidarity brigades for the reconstruction of Gaza. We strive to build a
hospital.
